December 2022 Real Estate Market Update

The market is changing! It always is though…. This month the stats show an increase in average sales price and a sharp increase in average days on market. Its better than a sharp decrease in price and increase in days on market! There are great opportunities out there, especially if you are buying a home. As far as selling goes there are still relatively low inventory, which means low competition.
