February 2022 Real Estate Market Update

Stats are in for the month of February! We are seeing real estate stay strong here in Southeast Idaho. Idaho Falls leads the pack this month with days on market. Rexburg has shown the highest average sales price, but also the highest days on market. We are still seeing low inventory levels in the valley but real estate is still selling and demand is strong!
