The thing that I love about the new year is everyone has a different vision on what they want the year to look like. Not everyone makes goals and plans for the year but we all aspire to become better. The beginning of the year brings high ambitions, all the local gyms are packed, small businesses are hitting it hard, and life is bustling. I am a goal setting freak. I believe that goal setting one to visualize where they want to be in life and therefore make a plan on how to achieve it. Setting goals does not always mean writing down goals on paper, tracking them arduously, and checking them off as they are fulfilled.
